Even if you are not a Government Benefits lawyer, it is important to know what options your clients might have to meet their basic needs, and how the matter you are representing them on may impact their eligibility. This session is designed as an overview of the major state and federal benefits programs, covering the types of services available, which populations are eligible, what requirements are attached to the programs, and recent changes.
