This training is a return to our training series covering fundamental practice areas in legal aid. These trainings are for both new hires and experienced legal aid staff that are interested in learning about where other legal areas may overlap with their current practice.

In this training, you will be given an overview of the basics of housing law. The trainers will address both eviction defense and affirmative litigation and give you an understanding of common issues that arise during the representation of clients in a housing case.

Approved for 1.50 hours of Standard MN CLE credit.
